Tickets Tracking System
Short description
We are pleased to announce the opening of the
tickets tracking system. Use this feature to post your concerns and details
of found issues. It will help us to make the application error-free. You can also post new features requests. Let us get your ideas on the applications improvement
to make it even better. All new posts are reviewed and confirmed by us prior to
be fixed or implemented. You may get the latest updates on your posts via email
notifications (if you are using your own credentials to access the
tickets tracking system see
Advanced approach). The issues may be posted
directly via EUCALYPT Packages Studio (simple approach) or using the web access to the
tickets tracking system (
Advanced
approach).
Simple Approach
By default, we provide you with anonymous credentials, enclosed in the EUCALYPT Packages Studio
Studio. It will enable information posting without any additional steps via the
application. Functionality for issues posting is combined in single screen, called
“Tickets Tracking System.” It may be accessed in the following way:
- In case Global Events List screen is not visible, go to View
menu of the main screen, then select the item Global Events List
- Select “Tickets Tracker System” toolbar button to bring up the screen Tickets Tracking System
for posting issues and new features' request.
- The screen Tickets Tracking System is divided into two parts:
- The tab New Ticket for posting new issue and new feature request.
- The tab View Tickets for viewing all available issues.
NOTE: If you have your personal credentials and prefer using EUCALYPT Packages Studio
instead of web access, please use
User’s data toolbar button to use the provided
credentials and use the
Tickets Tracking System screen to post the information under your
personal account.
Advanced Approach
In order to get started in advanced mode you need to
sign up.
As far as the synchronization mechanism is under development, we
recommend you to use your own credentials of our corporate web site. After signing
up you may start posting your issues at your personal account. This approach allows
you to control and track all your posts independently and helps us to get information
