Information about 30-Day Trial versions (Evaluation license)

You can freely download and install these versions on your computer for evaluation. This method allows you to try our products before you purchase them. You can evaluate a program during a trial period of 30 days after the installation without any cost or obligation, however it has limited functionality and you cannot save model files. When the trial period ends, the product cannot be launched and used. Payment is required if you wish to continue using it beyond the trial period. To purchase a product, see Store. You will receive URLs to download the fully working versions and a machine license by email.


Delivery is made by download. A few minutes after your download you receive your personalized license file in a confirmation email. After installing the program package using EUCALYPT Packages Studio you should use provided personalized license to unlock the program package and obtain an evaluation license. Below are the steps that need to be done in order to activate the program package:

  • Save the provided personalized license on your hard drive.
  • If you did not install EUCALYPT Packages Studio download and install it before installing the program package. For more see EUCALYPT Packages Studio installation.
  • Run EUCALYPT Packages Studio and install downloaded program package using “Program Packages” dialog box of EUCALYPT Packages Studio. For more see Program package installation instructions.
  • In order to access the program packages list use “Tools->Program Packages” menu command of EUCALYPT Packages Studio.
  • In the list of the available program packages select an item associated with the program package and click on the "Properties" toolbar button.
  • In the appeared dialog box select “Load License” command button to load the provided personalized license.
  • After loading the personalized license you will be prompted to automatically activate the program package, please note that you need to have an active Internet connection in order to activate the program package. After activation you can evaluate the program package only on the machine that was used to activate the package.
  • An email with the evaluation license file will be sent to you. Please keep the evaluation license file on your hard drive. You may use the provided evaluation license file in case of re-installing the program package.

Note: These instructions will be sent to you with the notification email.

Install a program package:

  • Download program package and save it to your hard disk.
  • Run EUCALYPT Packages Studio
  • On the “Tools” menu of EUCALYPT Packages Studio, click “Program Packages...”
  • In the “Program Packages” dialog, click “Register Package”.
  • In the “Open” dialog, click the drive or folder that contains a file of the program package that was just downloaded.
  • In the folder list, locate the program package file, usually it has “.msi” extension, or locate and open the folder that contains the program package file.
  • Click the file, and then click “Open”.
  • You need to restart EUCALYPT Packages Studio to reload the newly installed program package.

Uninstall a program package:

  • If EUCALYPT Packages Studio is not running, run it.
  • On the “Tools” menu, click “Program Packages...”
  • In the “Program Packages” dialog, select an item associated with the program package and click “Unregister Package”.
  • If you have created files you may want to remove them manually.
Note: A program package may be uninstalled like any other Windows program via “Add/Remove” screen.

Install EUCALYPT Packages Studio:

  • Download the file of EUCALYPT Packages Studio and save it to your hard disk.
  • Double-click the EUCALYPT Packages Studio program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

Uninstall EUCALYPT Packages Studio:

  • On the ”Start” menu, point to ”Settings” and then click ”Control Panel”.
  • Double-click ”Add/Remove Programs”.
  • In the list of currently installed programs, select EUCALYPT Packages Studio and then click ”Remove” or ”Add/Remove”. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
  • Click ”Yes” or ”OK” to confirm that you want to remove the program.
  • If you have created files you may want to remove them manually.
